Staging Consultation
and Action Plan

The staging process begins
with a comprehensive property assessment that starts at the curb and moves throughout the entire house.

We look at your property objectively--through the eyes of potential homebuyers. We’ll give you immediate feedback during
the walk through. The next day we’ll send you and your realtor a detailed Action Plan. Our specific suggestions take into account
your budget and timeframe.

Depending on the size of your property, the consultation will take between 1.5 and 2 hours. $70 per hour.






 


Pre-Staging Services
Your Action Plan will recommend some tasks that need to be completed before actual staging can begin. Some repairs and painting are often needed, and we can give you referrals for these.

Decluttering, editing and depersonalizing are almost always recommended. Together, we’ll assess your household items and work with you to remove any excess from inside your house. Less clutter and a depersonalized space will minimize distractions when buyers tour your property. (See also Downsizing Services) $65 per hour

Hands-On Staging Services
This is the hands-on rearrangement of furnishings, re-hanging of artwork and re-accessorizing of the existing contents of one room, one floor, specific rooms or an entire home —all done within your budget. We may suggest a few additional purchases. This generally takes 1-3 hours per room. $65 per hour, 2 hour minimum.

Listing Photographs

Your online real estate listing has
to “wow “ buyers so they’ll decide
to visit your house. Listing photographs are key! Once your house is set to look great when buyers tour it, we go the next step and stage interior and exterior photos so your house stands out when viewed on the Internet.

We bring in extra accessories and props. And take the time to arrange every item in a room to look its best for the camera. We deliver a CD with extensive photos for your realtor to use online and in his marketing campaign. $85 per hour (includes photo assistant)

Downsizing Services
Downsizing Consultations
If you are moving from a large home to a condo or apartment, it’s easy to get overwhelmed about what to take and where to place it in your new home. We will help plan the arrangement of your new residence and recommend what existing furnishing will fit in your new home.

We’ll assist you in deciding what to do with the items that you can’t take with you and give you specific recommendations for how to donate, recycle, store or throw away these items. $65 per hour

Downsizing Services
We can relieve you of the emotionally draining work involved in physically dealing with all of your “stuff”.  If you are feeling stressed out and overwhelmed about a downsizing move, call Shows Beautifully and let us do it for you.  We will do packing; shipping off items you want to give to friends or family; dropping off donations; arranging for things to be put into storage and for trash to be removed.    $65 per hour

Please Note: Whenever assistants are needed for any of our services, their services will be charged at a rate of $20 per hour. A mileage charge will apply to jobs requiring round trip travel for more than 60 miles.
